  • How to use the ChargeCard:

Select the cable out of the box that works with your particular phone. Plug one end of the cable into the bottom right corner of the ChargeCard and the other end of the cable plugs into your phone. Press the power button on the face of the ChargeCard (right below the “chip” symbol) and the charging will begin. When the ChargeCard runs out of power, take the power cable out of the box and plug one end into the bottom right corner of the ChargeCard and the other end into a power source such as a computer or power outlet. You will have to remove your cable from the ChargeCard to be able to plug in the power cable to re-charge.

Return Policy

AquaVault products come with a thirty (30) day warranty free of manufacturer defects and workmanship. Purchaser is responsible for contacting Aqua Vault Inc. at info@theaquavault.com within thirty (30) days from the product shipment date to coordinate a refund or replacement. Product must be in new condition in original box and be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number and written reason for return. Full refunds will be processed minus the original shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
